| General terms & conditions: |
| 1. | Participants must be New Idea website members (refer to a member or a corporate member) to participate in this promotion. |
| 2. | Promotion period from 15 July 2016 to 14 October 2016 , including start and end day (must be calculated on online transactions), all transactions must happen between promotion period. The valid period for the lucky draw is from 24 October 2016 until 11:59:59 p.m. on 4 November 2016 ("Drawing Period for Lucky Draw"). The time that we receive registration is determined by the computer system time. |
| 3. | During the promotion period, customers purchase any products on New Idea website at HK$15,000 or above for three consecutive months, and total amount is not less than HK$5,000 each month, you can participate in a lucky draw. Every company can join the lucky draw once only. |
| 4. | If customers need a refund or return, it must be carried out within five working days of the invoice date. This refund will not be counted in the cumulative amount. |
| 5. | Every company can limit one member or one corporate member on behalf of the company to participate in the draw. |
| 6. | Customers must be fulfilled the spending requirement to participate "2016 Lucky Draw" for one time only through New Idea website. The lucky draw result will be determined randomly by computer instantly. |
| 7. | The prizes include the following: |

| (ii) | worth of HK$2,000 travel voucher (2 winners) |
| (iii) | worth of HK$1,000 travel voucher (3 winners) |

| 8. | New Idea Office Supplies will notice eligible participants by email during 24 Oct 2016 to 28 Oct 2016. |
| 9. | Results of the lucky draw will be announced in New Idea website (www.new-idea.com.hk）, Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 7 November 2016. Winners will be announced by their company account number. Prizes will be sent out to winners by local mail within one month after the announcement. |
| 10. | The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. |
| 11. | New Idea is not liable for any expenses associated with entering the Lucky Draw and the collection of prizes. |
| 12. | New Idea is not liable for the failure of supplies of prizes to perform any obligations or provide any services. Any dispute regarding the quality and value of prizes should be resolved between the winners and the gift suppliers. |
| 13. | In the event of any dispute, New Idea reserves the right to make the final decision. |
